You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Certain features of Historical Collection AI may be offered on a free or paid basis. If subscription plans are introduced, pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation policies will be disclosed at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Historical Collection AI provides AI-generated conversations inspired by historical figures for educational and entertainment purposes. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Historical Collection Information Technology L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.
