• Violent, abusive, or harmful image generation
• Child exploitation or content involving minors in sexual contexts
• Deepfakes of real people
• Harassment, hate content, or threats
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive impersonation
• Malware or attempts to compromise platform security
• Illegal activities or instructions facilitating unlawful conduct
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of protected materials
• Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or historical figures for harmful purposes

Additional prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access to systems, uploading malicious code, interfering with platform operation, or reverse engineering the service except as permitted by law.

Historical Collection Information Technology L.L.C reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts violating these rules, with or without notice where permitted by law.

The platform, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, and AI experience structure, is owned by or licensed to Historical Collection Information Technology L.L.C and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Historical Collection AI offers a Free Explorer plan and a Premium subscription currently priced at$7.99/month. Premium provides access to advanced features as described on our Pricing and Premium pages.

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation policies are disclosed at the point of purchase and in our Refund Policy.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

Historical Collection AI uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational responses inspired by historical figures. AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.

Generated content is provided for educational and personal development purposes only. It should not replace professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed advice.

Users remain solely responsible for how generated content is interpreted, shared, and applied. Historical Collection AI is not a generic AI chatbot, entertainment chatbot, or platform for inappropriate content generation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Historical Collection Information Technology L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the service becomes impractical.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.
